The Most Relaxing Stress Relief Bath Mix

Sometimes you just need a moment. A quiet minute where nobody is yelling “MOM!” through the door and you can actually hear yourself breathe. This little bath mix is my go-to when my body feels tense and my brain feels loud.

Here’s what I use:

  • 2 cups Epsom salt
  • 2 drops peppermint oil
  • 2 drops eucalyptus oil

Let it melt into your perfect temperature of water, light your favorite candle, and give yourself permission to fully exhale.
