Just toss it all in and blend:
- Gather your ingredients and measure out amounts needed. (No need for exact measurements)
- Add your fruit first (berries, bananas, frozen fruit, or anything else you’re using).
- Spoon in the yogurt, then pour in your liquid (juice, milk, water—whatever you prefer).
- Blend on high until everything is completely smooth.
- If it’s too thick, add a little more liquid and blend again until you reach the consistency you like.
- Pour into cups, add a straw if you want, and enjoy immediately.
