Delicious Mixed Berry Smoothie (Kid Approved)

When mornings are chaotic and the kids are hungry yesterday, this mixed berry smoothie is my easy go-to.

No fuss. No chopping. No 10-step recipe.

Just toss it all in and blend:

  1. Gather your ingredients and measure out amounts needed. (No need for exact measurements)
  2. Add your fruit first (berries, bananas, frozen fruit, or anything else you’re using).
  3. Spoon in the yogurt, then pour in your liquid (juice, milk, water—whatever you prefer).
  4. Blend on high until everything is completely smooth.
  5. If it’s too thick, add a little more liquid and blend again until you reach the consistency you like.
  6. Pour into cups, add a straw if you want, and enjoy immediately.

It’s sweet, quick, kid-approved, and perfect for those “I thought I had more time” mornings.
